New Ntsa Portal. The New Ntsa Portal or the (https://timsvirl.ntsa.go.ke/) is a new Portal developed by Ntsa to cater for Motor Vehicle Registration, Motor Vehicle ‘Accept of Ownership’ and ‘Motor Vehicle Inspection’. The new portal was developed in 2021 following a government directive by the Ministry of transport in Kenya. However, you can still access the old Tims Account through the old portal (https://tims.ntsa.go.ke/)

Requirements for New Ntsa Portal

You will require the following to open a New Timsvirl .

Be over 18yrs old of age
Have a valid National ID
